Cottons FP were looking to create a dynamic new office in Media City, Salford Quays, Manchester and after providing a handful of photgraphs and various meetings with CSI a design and scheme was put together and agreed wth the client.

The project worth £300k was completed in 12 weeks and involved HVAC & fire alarm modifications, new lighting, small power and data. In addition we fitted new single and double glazed partitions, kitchen, storage walls, feaure walls in laminate with recessed lighting, auto roller blinds, seating and furniture.

Finally a free floor porcelain tiled floor was laid along with carpets, and vinyl flooring.
